(Delivery prices given below are normal prices charged by UK delivery services)

Because of the delivery costs and for environmental reasons we do not deliver in Ireland, Wales nor Scotland nor outside the UK. 

Would you want the items quicker they are available also for pick up in Chelmsford (Essex), though you will need to tell us of your intention to come down to pick them up.

In stock products are despatched straightaway and you will receive your order within just a few days.

       



UK Standard Delivery - £3.99

The standard delivery charge is £3.99 and is available throughout most of the UK.

In stock orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery on the Standard, Priority or Saturday services.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Please make sure your address is correct as incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.
 
Priority Delivery - £5.99
 
Place your order before 12 Monday to Friday and we will deliver the next day - or another day of your choice.   We
 
Morning Delivery - £7.99
 
Place your order before 12 Monday to Friday and we will deliver the next morning - or another morning of your choice 
 
Deadline Delivery - £10.99
 
Place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we will deliver before 9am the next morning - or another morning of your choice. 
 
Saturday Delivery - £12.99
 
Place your order before 2pm on Friday and we will deliver on Saturday

Parcels up to 30 Kg are charged at a standard rate of £5.99 (£7.99 for Channel Islands).
Parcels over 30 Kg (eg cages) may be surcharged at cost, we will advise you after we receive your order if this applies.
